Tu-tu

Here's a tu-tu I made one afternoon. It was super simple and required no sewing. Lots and lots of cutting though.

Cake

My daughter was recently baptized, and as with most things, she wanted something over the top. This cake had fewer roses than she wanted, but considering the time it takes me to make a rose, she's lucky she didn't get a store bought cake!

Gifts

As gifts for girls, we usually try to make them personal. We may select cards, a floral wrapped flower, or homemade necklace and bracelet...sometimes we choose them all:)

Cards

Mehrak Card was made with Paint prints stamp set
Jillian Card was made from some pattern paper I had.
The baptism dress I made took a bit. I altered it from a onesie pattern. I used my cuttlebug to emboss it, and then added some ribbon and bling bling. It's all cut by hand, so it took a while to make. for the sides of the dress, I tried to use the scissors and make a bit of waves so  it looked like a real dress.
